One Child at a Time

Many Ugandan children are unable to attend primary school due to financial constraints.  Those who are fortunate enough to attend are often at a disadvantage compared to students of comparable ages because their bodies and minds do not have access to important developmental nutrients.

Through generous donations, Thanksgiving in Uganda provides rabbits to these underprivileged families. The rabbits serve dual purposes; they can be eaten for protein or sold for supplementary income.  Either way, the rabbits increase the likelihood of Ugandan children succeeding in school, bringing us ever closer to our goal: education for all.
